Now open Premiere.

Import your clips (Player being cloned and the background video/Image) and place them on the timeline like this. The background must be on video track 1, The player must be on Track 2.

Under effects, Expand the Keying sub folder and locate "RGB Difference Key". Drag the effect onto your clip that is on video track 2(do not apply the effect to the background video/image)

_________________________

Expand the options for the RGB key in effects controls(1). Select the color you want to key out, in my video It's White. Adjust the Similarity slider as needed to remove the color. Notice how it is now eliminated from the clip(2) Now we need to cut out all the mess around the spartan.

Drag the Garbage matte effect onto the clip on video track 2.

_________________________

Expand the options for the garbage matte effect(1) Adjust the points around your player(2)

_________________________

Now the players chest looks cut off so now expand the motion options(1) And move the point(2) to wherever you need for your clip,in my video I will drag it to the bottom.

All done.
